brass buttons from a Southern Pacific railroad train conductor's uniform, manufactured by Waterbury in the 1980s.
Each piece measures
7/8 inches in diameter.
This rare set is in
Very Good or better condition,
with visible signs of light wear from handling, well preserved for its age. Items look to be unused, pristine.
On the front is an oblong image of the SP logo in raised design, with titles in stylized lettering, all on a brassy metal surface. On reverse is the maker's mark, engraved. The loop on reverse of each button is sturdy and fully functional.
